Cruise Ship Guests

Upon making any reservations you have fully agreed to be fully charged on the day of if you are to cancel your excursion without giving full notice within the 48hr period. This will compensate all vendors for their spaces that were reserved by the said party.

If your cruise ship cancels its port of call to the Cayman Islands on the day of your excursion due to inclement weather conditions your full payment will be fully refundable.

 

We hereby reserve the right to cancel an excursion (with our own discretion) if there is any member within the said party who has any medical conditions, is disabled, or is pregnant (only on particular excursions).

 

On-Island Guests 

Upon making any reservations you have fully agreed to be fully charged on the day of if you are to cancel your excursion last minute without giving full notice within the 48hr period. This will compensate all vendors for their spaces that were reserved by the said party.

Your full payment will be fully refundable once we have been contacted by our vendors if any cancellations have been made due to inclement weather conditions.

Platinum Brac Tours will not disclose any personal information to any outside party without the customer's knowledge and consent. The personal information and details that are necessary to process your reservation to establish communication and cover service standards are not shared with any outside party except for the use of processing your reservation. Other information collected from you including but not limited to registration, site visits, purchasing, newsletter sign up, marketing communication, etc. may be used in order to: 

Personalize our website appearance and content, facilitate additional or/and future purchase transactions, send the informative newsletter, etc. Cookies are also used for this purpose and can be disabled through your browser. In the transaction process, you may be asked to enable them in order to successfully place your order.

If you signed up for our newsletter you may receive periodic emails with special promotions, discount code offers, and other promotional marketing communication. In each of these emails, you will find a link to the option to unsubscribe to marketing communication, un-subscribe to the newsletter, and enter the tour user console where you also have the option of erasing all of your personal information stored except some of the transactional data we are required to keep in our secure server with limited access by top executives only. All information is stored on secure servers and all transaction-related information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into our database.
